What this site collects, who receives it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 30 August 2026 · Leonid Rybintsev, sole trader

This site is three things: a write-up of dental call research, a description of the framework behind it, and a way to contact me. It is run by one person. There is no company, no analytics team and no advertising network behind it.

I would rather state plainly what happens here than bury it, so this page is short and specific.

Visitor identification

This site runs a visitor identification script provided by Instantly (the script is served from leadsy.ai). It is a business tool, and this is what it does:

I use this for one purpose: to know whether the practices and groups I have written to have looked at the research. I do not use it to build a profile of your browsing elsewhere, and I do not sell or share what it produces.

If you would rather not be identified here, say so and it is done.

Email leonidrybintsev@gmail.com with the words "remove me". You do not need to explain, prove who you are, or fill in a form. I will delete any record associated with you and add you to a suppression list so it does not happen again.

Who the data goes to

Instantly, as the provider of the identification service, processes it on my behalf under their own terms and privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts the site and, as any host does, sees the requests made to it. Nobody else receives anything.

I do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording, heatmaps, or third-party analytics.

If you email me

Your message and address sit in my mailbox, and I keep them so I can follow up. If you ask me to delete the thread, I delete it.

Call recordings

The research on this site is based on recorded telephone calls, which is worth being explicit about because it is the subject matter here.

Where I audit recordings for a client, that is a separate arrangement covered by a written agreement: recordings are deleted once the audit is delivered, no patient names appear in the report, and I will sign a data processing agreement before anything is transferred.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU, you have the right to ask what I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to it being processed at all. Email me and I will do it — I am not going to make you go through a process for this.

You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
